About

Pakistan Studies is a subject that students often find quite difficult. Consequently, it usually becomes their least favourite subject, ignored and put off till the end. With even more boring textbooks and uninteresting materials, students are usually not to blame.

This blog is an attempt to make the subject more interesting, engaging and fun for learners who are seeking it. After all, Pakistan Studies is a very important subject - it is our history, and we should know about it. We must learn about what happened in the past so that we can understand Pakistan's current political, economical and social situations better. We must know about our geography, topography, environment and economy because that is important.

We are Pakistanis, and we should know about what Pakistan is, why it was created, what was the vision behind it, and what struggles our forefathers went through before it came into existence. We should be aware of our country's natural resources, topography, climate, and agricultural and industrial development, because we, the youth, are the future of this country. We must do our bit for it, but before that, we must learn about it.

This blog is run entirely by students, who will share their own mind maps, notes, PowerPoint presentations, and the like here so that we can learn from it. This will be a community of learners who will be learning about Pakistan not to achieve good grades in their exams, but because they care for their country, and it matters for them. They study not because they have to, but because they want to. And this makes all the difference.
